Patients Reviews

It was our first visit. I did like how he explained to me what the whole process was going to be. Once all work is completed I will give full review.

Love Litchfield dental. The front office staff is amazing! I never have to wait in the waiting room. They are always on time. The back staff are so sweet and nice and are always concerned with making sure you are comfortable. The dentist are amazing! Never try and talk you into more than what you really need done. They are always checking on my comfort level and making sure I am ok. I highly recommend Litchfield dental.

Every appointment I’ve ever had here has been great. Although yesterday’s appt was short, it was no different. This dental practice (dentists, front office staff, dental assistants) is/are exceptional.

I've paid for a bridge replacement. It's covered for 6 years. In the last year, it's been replaced 3 times! No one is considering the pain. I have to deal with the pain amd take the time out, in addition to time off work that I'm not paid for. Not one person takes that into consideration. ALSO, I've had ALOT of dental work over the years. Shots for numbing prior to the procedure is not supposed to make you want to jump out the chair, nor make you feel violated! I have never had a dentist be okay with me being in pain while doing the work. They tell you to squeeze the chair handles instead of making sure you are numb 1st. I already paid $5000 for this bridge and can't go anywhere else at this point... I feel defeated and taken advantage of. When I started this journey I had dental insurance through my job and never had trouble. I switched to the IN OFFICE insurance plan and now I'm expected to "bear the pain"... I'm at a disadvantage now.... as if $5000 was not enough to pay out of pocket, it's not enough to have the doc care that he is hurting me.
